Dr. Anna DiNoto Myers is a psychologist that specializes in treating Interactive Media Addictions and Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is the owner of Anna’s C.A.P.S., PLLC. She particularly enjoys coaching families on how to manage their child’s meltdowns and temper tantrums, pottying challenges, as well as feeding/eating challenges. She works from her Redmond office and also works in her client’s homes and sometimes out in the community, depending upon the needs of her clients. She works with all age ranges, and places an emphasis on her client’s individual needs and values. She is passionate about helping individuals and families create healthy coping strategies and lifestyles. For over a decade she has had the pleasure of providing individual, family, and group therapy to individuals who experienced struggles due to problematic technology use (i.e., video game, Internet, and cell phone addiction) and that have experienced Autism and other developmental delays, among many other social, psychological, behavioral, and emotional issues. It has been a privilege to witness the transformations of clients as they break their unhealthy patterns to form useful coping strategies and meaningful lifestyles that are based on honesty, respect, and courage. Anna is a Washington state approved supervisor. Justyna Lembicz, MS, LMHCA, is the Office Manager at Anna’s C.A.P.S., PLLC. Justyna meets with clients on a weekly basis. She holds a Master’s of Science in psychology specializing in psychotherapy. She is currently working towards obtaining her LMHC license while receiving clinical supervision. She has experience working with families, children, and adults from various backgrounds and cultures. She has worked with patients of all age groups, and especially enjoys therapy with children. She loves seeing how children progress in their development while having fun at the same time. Justyna volunteers her time to the King County Superior Court as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) where she represents the best interest of abused and neglected children. Outside of work Justyna is a rock climber. Ayshea De Smet, MA, LMHCA, is a Lead Therapist at Anna’s C.AP.S., PLLC. She has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, Seattle. She emigrated from the UK, and began life in the US as a research scientist; gradually switching from neuroscience and primatology to counseling,in order to help people directly. Ayshea has experience in community mental health, residential homes, schools, client’s homes and clinical settings. She works with children, adolescents and adults. Ayshea employs ABA, CBT, client-centered therapy as well as art and play therapy techniques in her clinical work. As a psychotherapist at Anna’s CAPS, she works heavily with individuals diagnosed with anxiety struggles, mood challenges, and behavioral challenges (e.g., technology addictions.)
