Q: What kind of people do you tend to work with?

Some of my clients are on the Autism spectrum, others are experiencing Internet addiction or video game addiction, whereas others are experiencing some trouble in their life (anxiety, depression, life transitions, panic attacks, ADHD, severe emotional and/or behavioral meltdowns or reactions) or feel ready to move beyond some past issue or limitation to create a more fulfilling life. Anna’s CAPS work with men, women, children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, couple, and group settings.

Q: When do you see clients?

We have office hours at my Redmond Office Location Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  We see clients as early as 8:00AM and as late as 8:30PM by appointment.  We also do house calls based on my client’s needs.

Q: How often would I come in?

We prefer to see people weekly.  Our experience is that this provides the best momentum for creating and sustaining change in their lives.
